Hello again,


after I restart & try running oe it shows the splash screen & right after that the error message that I've attached to this msg.
My oe still doesn't work & I'm asking of your advice.

Did you restarted your pc after installing?

I've got this error msg after installing & restarting, and pressing the OE icon on the desktop .....
Make a backup of your dbx files and settings and uninstall-reinstall.
Most likely something is wrong with your identity (DBX files)
