#1
I am setting up your software on a desktop. I am sorry to bother you but need some help. I read the instructions but cannot get to the pop3 Hotmail ( or outlook.com) to set the properties. Under the old Hotmail it was easy. can you offer me some help I want to set under advanced the server ports and under servers all that information. I think I am very confused! Thanks

Thanks Rafael. My problem is I cannot get to that page. Is it supposed to be in Outlook.com or in Runasxp> I have seen those pages but that was back in Hotmail or windows live mail.

OK. I did not explain myself. Where do I find the page that has those settings so I can change them? In Outlook .com I went to options, accounts, pop and imap. Nothing on that page other than pop is enabled and don't allow devices to delete is checked. None of the  other settings can be changed. If I go to Outlook Express I went to tools, accounts, internet access. Hotmail shows but the properties page is not like your example. Should I delete the existing Hotmail and add a new one?. The servers shown on Outlook are not the live.com as in your example. If I could get to the 2 example pages you sent me I could change everything.

Hello,
You have to go to "Tools>Accounts" then click on "Mail" tab on top.
You should see your account there on the list, double click to edit it.
On the account edit page you will see tabs "General" "Servers" "Connection" "Security" and "Advanced" like on screenshots on page above.

If you did not found that, please upload a screenshot of the settings you see that are different as you said, so i can understand which settings are you accessing.

Thanks Rafael. I got everything working. Outlook Express works fine I wonder if I have to change some sort of setting. If I open up Outlook.com on my computer it shows that the inbox is cleared and I have to open up the POP folder to find my mail??  Thanks
