Windows 10 fall creators update (1709)
#1
Hey everyone, does this still work when windows is updated to version 1709 that was released like few days ago?

Because in the changelog I see this line: "Outlook Express -- Removing this non-functional legacy code."

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help...reators-up

You can get this update here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software.../windows10

Thank you,

Yes, I know that it works with Creators Update (1703), April 2017,
but what about Fall Creators Update? (1709), October 2017,

it was released this month, and Outlook Express does not work for me, here is the error screenshot:

Yes, I did read the forum, I am a technical person, there is not a single message with someone talking about Fall Creators update (1709), just the Creators update (1703).
And that is irrelevant to me, because I know that Outlook Express works on 1703 without problems.

So here I am, asking if anything can be done for it to work on 1709?
I think that not many people have this update installed yet, that is why no one asked about it.

You can check your Windows 10 version here: Start > Settings > System > About. There is a line with "Version".
Just to make sure that you are really running 1709, and not the earlier 1703.

Thank you very much,

I have the same problem in Windows 7 since a few days: "msoe.dll could not be loaded".
Downloaded the latest version and did a re-install. Didn't help at all.

I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled version 2.2. It didn't work. Now I got the message: Run-time error '53': File not found.

Check if your antivirus is blocking installation. Disable your antivirus during installation.
