Hello have you have installed ESET? ,
You have to disable 'email intergration for outlook express' on eset settings.

No, I don't use any Eset. I use Norton Internet Security from Symantec instead of Eset. I just uninstalled NIS and it was no difference. My Outlook Express still don't working.

I just reinstalled OE 6 in safe mode with networking and it is no difference. Outlook Express 6 is still not responding and use 20 % CPU power!

Do you have installed any other antivirus/atispam software that may have addon for outlook express? usually these addons may make oe freeze.

No. And it was totally the same when I uninstalled Norton Internet Security. My Outlook Express 6 was still not working.

I have another problems with OE 2.0.
Because of problems mentioned above and reinstalling of OE 2.0 after Windows 10 upgrade it seems that I used all of my installations keys. Temporarily I work on Windows 10 OS with working Outlook Express 2.0. Because of many problems with some applications, I just work on new installation of Windows 8.1 on new hard disc. When I want to use all of my three OE 2.0 installation keys, I got response that all of them were already used.
This is absolutely not true. It is also not possible that I already used all 10 possible installations on one PC computer. I need to reinstall my PC computer several times, but for sure not ten (10) times.
Thanks for your fast response in advance
