How do you export the RULES you have created in Outlook Express in case you lose them and have to import them again in the future?

Hello,
The registry pace where the rules (and all other Outlook express setting) are located is:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{GUID}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express

You can Backup that key.
But when restoring, the GUID will be different and needs to be replaced with current one. The current one can be found on same reg location on current computer. To do that, open to edit the exported .reg file with notepad and click "Edit>Replace"
on "Find what" type the old GUID and on "Replace With" the new one. Click "Replace All" and save the file.

JamesBond, please read posts before asking help, i have explained it as simple as i can with images on second post in this thread. You must replace GUID. It is a numeric key that is different on each computer, Replace the GUID in exported reg file with the GUID of computer that you need to import that reg file.
