Restore tool problem
After a major win 10 update , OE will not open. I have tried the restore tool several times with a valid key, but  a box comes up saying:

Application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. To grant this app required permission contact your system administrator or use the framework configuration tool.  Requested registry access is not allowed

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Now I have used up all  10 tries on my key and donated $20 more to the cause so I can keep trying! Sure could use some help here! Here are the details of the try with a new key:

I have the same issue.
OK, I installed newer version 2.2, restarted computor, ran the restore tool again(which has a different profile) restarted computer and it is back up and running! Hope everyone else can get thru this latest 10 update!
