Have you tried to click 'Restore OE' button?
is there any 'Windows.Old' folder on your C:\ Drive?
When did your computer updated?

As i see on your attachment, restore button is active.
Anyway, you can manually restore your emails, you will find them on your windows.old folder

the path is:
C:\Windows.old\Users\-YOUR USERNAME-\AppData\Local\Identities\{IDENTITY FOLDER}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

You can use the 'File Import' on outlook express to import old emails:

Open outlook express and go to "File>Import>Messages"

Select "Outlook Express 6" from the list and click "Next"

Select "Import from an OE6 store directory" and click "OK"

Click "Browse", browse to folder "C:\Windows.old\Users\-YOUR USERNAME-\AppData\Local\Identities\{IDENTITY FOLDER}\Microsoft\Outlook Express" and click "Next"

In this step, you may select what folders you need to import, or "All folders" then click "Next"

Import Finished. Click Finish

I lost OE6 after the latest update. I downloaded the restore tool and ran it to see if it would restore my OE6. After running the restore, it required a reinstallation of OE6. After the reinstall, I ran the restore again. It seems that all the e-mails came back, but my address book is blank. I tried importing from windows.old various directories, but could not find any wab files. What am I doing wrong? What do I need to do? Help is appreciated.

Also, when I look at my identity, the only identity is identity 13. I have no idea where this came from. I would have thought that my identity would be my name or my username. I don't think I ever had a reason to see what my identity was.

Hello,

The address book path is:
C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Address Book\[USERNAME].wab

so you may check if there is any wab file on C:\Windows.Old\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Address Book\[USERNAME].wab and move that file to above path

It is normal after restoring from update to have a different identity name, you can rename the identity anyway.
