Outlook is freezing

Hi :-)

I am a newbie.
I have downloaded Outlook Express on my Windows 7.
Almost everything is fine; but the Outlook freezes.

I did some research through Google and found out that perhaps disabling of add-ons would help. The problem is that I have no idea where they are.

I would be grateful for help.

if you use eset antivirus please read this page to disable eset addon:
http://runasxp.com/Thread-Eset-Email-cli...on-disable

if not, please try reinstalling oe.

I use AVG
so I used the second option - uninstalled my Outlook and then reinstalled; the same problem exists.

have you imported any emails (dbx files) from othert computer?
