Outgoing Mail Problem
#1
I have "Run As XP" in Windows 7 and has worked great for months.  I could receive and send emails untill 2 Days ago.  Now I can receive but not send.  I get this message when I try to send an email:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'PELLC-CSB', Server: 'SMTP.charter-business.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

No settings have changed.  Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Maby your provider changed a setting.

Is this an IMAP or POP account?

Did you recently installed any antivirus or firewall that may block your email?

Have you cheched the following checkbox as shown on image below?:

Rafael,

Maby your provider changed a setting.  This I do not know.  Charter Spectrum Business took my email account and said they could send emails, but not me.  I can receive but not send.

Is this an IMAP or POP account?  Incoming is: POP3, Outgoing is: SMTP.charter-business.net

Did you recently installed any antivirus or firewall that may block your email?  No

Have you cheched the following checkbox as shown on image below?:  Yes

Thanks,
