I only see one screnshot of an opened message and a teamviewer window.
What has teamviewer to do with this and why you cannot restore using restore tool?

It looks like something is blocking it.
Try disabling temporarly your antivirus. Also, try uninstalling OE and restarting before running restore tool.
If problem presists, please click on "Details" on error message and paste the error on that window here.
