How do I undo W10 update disabler?
#1
Hello,
I installed the "Windows 10 update disabler" and now want to remove [undo] it. This is because now I get no updates at all. In fact all my updates have been deleted and update history is now gone. Can you help me get this restarted?
Thank you much,
Mike

Microsoft community helped me out, and it worked:

Control panel, Adm. tools, component services, local services, find Windows update and right click properties, switch setting from disabled back to automatic.

Whew. I thought it permanently damaged something. Happy now!

Mike

Hello Mike,

Update disabler has an option to enable back updates.
Run update disabler and go to "Enable" Tab.
Check "Enable Updates" and "Apply" Button.
That's it.
