I use the same email account in outlook on windows XP and everything works perfectly.
but the same email account set up in outlook running on windows 10 appears this error.
If the information helps I believe it is something connected to the firewall. But I have disabled the firewall and it does not work .... I await your comments

Check if your dbx files are corrupt.
I suggest you to create a new identity (without importing any emails) and create account there for testing.

Friend Rafael,
I believe I have found a solution.
The account works perfectly on windows XP but on Windows 10 this error was raised.
I tried to free all the ports and also disable the firewall but nothing worked.
The solution was CLICKING THE RIGHT BUTTON ON THE ICON, then SOLVING COMPATIBILITY PROBLEMS, select the 2nd OPTION: SOLVING PROGRAM PROBLEMS, select the FIRST OPTION and finally WINDOWS XP (SERVICE PACK 3)
So the Outlook opens and the emails come out perfectly.
