Export of Addressbook into a CSV file does not work anymore
#1
I tried to export my addressbook to a text file (coma separated values), but the new update from Windows 10 gives me the following error message: Microsoft® Address Import Tool stoped to function. I guess something on the Outlook Express 6 has to be corrected

Do you have last version 2.2.0?
have you tried to export in other format?

Download and installation of version 2.2.1 concluded
Problem still remains and Windows gives same error message: 'Microsoft Address Import Tool stopped to function'

Please disconsider my last message (#5)
I was not capable to install version 2.2.1 - Windows did not allow it and gave me the following error message:
"O Windows não pode acessar o dispositivo, caminho ou arquivo especificado. Talvez voce não tinha as permissões adequadas para acessar"
"Windows could not access the app, the path or the specific file. Perhaps you had not the corresponding permissions for the access"
This happens never before when I installed new versions of Outlook Express 6
What do you recommand?

Hello Rafael,
This evening I tried again to install version 2.2.1 of Outlook Express 6 in order to provide you with a screenshot of Avast.
For this I used "execute as administrator" and everything went smoothly till the end of confirmation - no error message, but an exported addressbook as CSV file.
Thanks a lot for your help - the problem is now solved.
Best regards Rolf Landis
