runtime-error "429":
ActiveX component can´t create object

after reinstallation:
i got asked about resizing the image when i rightclick on .jpg to Send TO> Outlook Express
whatever i choose there s no reaction.
if i click on .pdf - nothing happens as well.

uninstall OE
reboot PC
install OE as admin
now OK
