Importing email account from another computer
To import email account from another computer please follow this guide

Phase 1: Export Account from Old computer

Open Outlook express and go to "Tools>Accounts"

Click on "Mai" Tab, Select the account and click "Export" Button

It will ask to save the account backup file.Save that file to a removable drive and move it to new computer.

Phase 2: Import Account to New computer

Open Outlook express and go to "Tools>Accounts"

Click on "Mail" tab and press "Import" Button

It will ask for ".iaf" file. Select the file that exported previously from old computer and click "Open"

Done. Account was imported and is ready.

RE: Importing email account from another computer
It should work, but since it does not in your case, i suggest creating accounts manually.
