First try running as administrator (right click > run as Administrator).
Have you changed your outlook express folder path? if so, the folder may have not the permissions needed for compacting files. So check the permissions on that folder and dbx files.
If you havent changed the folder, check that you have run Outlook Express normally from desktop shortcut (shortcut properties should be: "C:\Windows\System32\schtasks.exe /run /tn "StartOE"")

i check your info, everything is ok, just the problem is the same :-(

C:\Windows\System32\schtasks.exe /run /tn "StartOE" is OK

the permissions on that folder and dbx files are also OK

RE: I can`t compressing all folders...
im am pretty sure that is has to do with a corrupt email or corrupt folder.

please try the following

Click on Outlook Express at the top of the folder tree so no folders are open.
Then: File | Work Offline (or double click Working Online in the Status Bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders.
Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.

But first make sute that your folders have not exceeded 2GB each. If so , then create a new folder (eg. called temp) and move there some of emails and then try compacting.

If that did not woked for you, try this solution (read two last posts)
