Fidolook SL does not work properly
While the Fidolook bar appears well, actually most functions of Fidolook do not work.

* The quoter does not work when replying messages. Only incoming messages are shown with quoter applied. Moreover even the standard OE quoting settings are not applied when replying.

* The templates do not work.

Question RE: Fidolook SL does not work properly
In view of the problems with FidolookSL, wouldn't OE-QuoteFix be easier to integrate with Outlook Express 6 for Windows 7 / 8?

RE: Fidolook SL does not work properly
Hello, Rafail!
I glad to see OE in Win7 with lovely FidoLook. But too much FidoLook function is not working: i want to use templates and quoter - very important functions of this add-on.
Can i hope what FidoLook will be working with full power in nearlest time?

RE: Fidolook SL does not work properly
Hello, I know you guys love Fidolook. The problem is that the company that made that tool does not exit anymore, there is no way to modify some libraries that Fidolook is using, so right now it is impossible to make Fidolook work 100% in Windows 7.

Reply from Fidolook developer (translated from Russian):

It won't work, in win7 it's all totally different, we already checked.

thats partially right, Fidolook was not even running on 7/8. After patching it worked but has some problems with some features. maby some time it will be checked again for possible fix.

RE: Fidolook SL does not work properly
Maybe one can try the Fidolook HL from their site's Web Archive copy instead of Fidolook SL. The last Fidolook HL was a beta release, but as I remember it worked well and was significantly different.
