2.1 installation error

2.1 installation error
Version 2.0 works my PC (Windows 7 HU, 32-bit, with ESET NOD32 v9.0). Many times I tried to install the 2.1 version, but stops an error window (attached photo) during installation.
Unfortunately, the probes used up a lot of setup key.
Can you suggest a solution? I'm sad.

Hello,
i suggest temporarly turing off eset while installing,
also, after installation, check this setting on eset:

Sorry, this idea don't work. The problem is the same.

The OE 2.0 works, but it was impossible to run Windows Fax & Pictures Reader Program (see picture). The bigger problem is that the fault remains after you remove the OE. If it were not partition backup, I would be really sad.

What can be done the OE?

I dont think that fax and scan is not working because of oe. I have tasted it with o installed ad works like all other programs.

As for the error, can you send me a more detailed info, the error window has some error lines, can you copy and post them so i can see the full error?
